Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from time order was placed, however there are certain times during the year, mainly in December, where there may be delays. Please review shipping carrier’s website for information on delays within their system. Palmer’s is not responsible for any shipping delays.

To qualify for free ground shipping, your order must be $45 or above before taxes and shipping, but after promotions are applied.

Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made to that order.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Shipments to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States only. Orders must be shipped via Ground only.

International Locations

We do not ship outside the USA. If you are interested in purchasing Palmer’s products outside the USA, please contact our Customer Service team through the Contact Us form or at info@palmers.com for further assistance.

Order Confirmation Email

When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order, as well as an email when your order has been shipped. You may also obtain tracking information from logging on to My Account and clicking on "Track Your Package."

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. If your order requires multiple shipments, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails detailing which products are contained in each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Palmer’s is not responsible for any packages returned or not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by a customer, if the package was not able to be delivered due to the customer not being home or if the package exceeds the maximum hold time at a pick up location.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Palmer’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to have been delivered to the address entered on an order. Please contact the carrier directly for claims on all misplaced, lost or undelivered shipments.

Shipping Errors

We strive to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered, but mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us right away and we will correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials, items that could contribute to fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products (those in a pressurized can, e.g.: hairspray) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals have restricted status. Ground shipping is required on all such products. If your cart contains such items, you will be given the options to either continue with Ground Shipping or to remove the product(s) from your cart before checking out.
