Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident trying our products, and if something isn’t the right fit for you, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on products purchased directly from Palmers.com within 30 days of the original purchase date.

What’s Eligible

  • Products purchased on Palmers.com
  • Returns requested within 30 days of purchase
  • New or gently used products
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We kindly ask that products be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

In-Store Purchases and Online Purchases from Other Retailers:

For Palmer’s products purchased in-store from a retail store or online retailer, please contact that retailer directly for return information.

Submit A Return Request

  1. Sign in to your online account, or click on the account icon on the top right corner of our site.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
    If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  4. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you’ll receive a refund.

    Damages and issues

    While it is possible that products can shift during transit and boxes can show wear and tear from the carrier, we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition.

    However, if any product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately to help resolve the issue. When contacting us, please provide your order number and email address to expedite assistance. Our contact information and contact form can be found here.

    Exchanges

    If you’d prefer to exchange your product for something else, we’re happy to help.

    Products purchased on Palmers.com may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must meet our return eligibility guidelines (new or gently used and accompanied by proof of purchase).

    If the new item has a higher price than the original purchase, customers are responsible for paying the difference in cost. If the new item is lower in price, the remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.

    Exchanges are limited to one per original order.

    To request an exchange, follow the return submission instructions above and leave a note indicating the item you'd like to exchange for.

    Once your exchange request is approved, our team will reach out with next steps to complete the process.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
